VACUFLEX Suction of Sewage Water Hose is our Model PU 25 C ECO with spring steel wire reinforcement.
Very heavy Polyurethane ducting, Polyether-Polyurethane, good abrasion resistance, extremely heavy.
It is very smooth inside hose, made of Ether TPU. Material handling for extremely abrasive goods.
Applications: Suction and transport of abrasive materials e.g. sand, pebbles, grain or other bulk stuff. Conveying of roof gravel or substratum, as head hose for suction trucks, in agriculture, for silo loading
Structure: Polyether-Polyurethane
Characteristics: Excellent abrasion and vacuum resistance, good resistance to oil and petrol fumes, non toxic, very smooth bore, good flexibility, resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, ECO friendly
Acc. to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU, with earthing at both ends of the spiral for non- flammable dusts and bulks solids in Zone 22. Gases and liquids with low conductivity of electrostatic charges in Zone 2
Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C
