VACUFLEX Woodworking CNC machinery Vacuum Hose is our Model PU 14 C ECO Hoses, as well as PU 25 C ECO Hoses, with steel wire reinforcement.
It is applied as Woodworking machinery Hose for CNC Vacuum Hose.
Very Heavy weight and flexible Polyurethane ducting, with Polyether-Polyurethane and good abrasion resistance.
Structure: Polyether-Polyurethane
Characteristics: Non toxic, very smooth bore, good abrasion resistance, resistant to oil and petrol, free of halogen and softeners, resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, ECO friendly.
Acc. to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU, with earthing at both ends of the spiral for non- flammable dusts and bulks solids in Zone 22. Gases and liquids with low conductivity of electrostatic charges in Zone 2
Applications: Suction and conveying of abrasive particles and granules
Temperature range: -40°C up to +100°C
