VACUFLEX Flame Retardant Air Hose for Ventilation
VACUFLEX Flame Retardant Air Hose for Ventilation is our model K1H-PU Hoses with steel wire reinforcement.
It is PU hose and could be applied for Automotive industry Hose as bus ventilation hose, Woodworking machinery Hose as Flame Retardant Hose and Rail Transit Industry Hose as Rail Transit Ventilation Hose.
Flame retardant hose need to add additive and there is V0,V1,V2. V0 is the best.
Very light and extremely flexible PU-Ether-hose, with large elongation at break and tensile and abrasion resistance as well as flame retardant.
Structure: Wall made of abrasion resistant Polyurethane - as microbes and hydrolysis resistant version (wall thickness between the spirals ca. 0,4mm), copper plated spring steel spiral embedded into wall.
Characteristics: Very light and extremely flexible hose with good tensile and abrasion strengths and ultimate elongation. Free of softeners, halogen free and cadmium fee and produced according to FDA regulations.
Applications: Universal hose for the woodworking, plastic and chemical industry for transportation of light solids and for air and gas transportation.
Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C (+125°C short term)
